Registered Psychotherapist (Q)

I am a mother, wife, and woman who has walked through infertility, postpartum mood fluctuations, corporate burnout, familial conflicts, a midlife career transition, intergenerational healing, the weight of societal expectations, and now perimenopause. I stand here softer, wiser, and more empowered because of all of it. My own personal story is proof that resilience and compassion can coexist, and that a full, meaningful life is built one brave, honest moment at a time.

I was once a stressed-out and overwhelmed project manager in consulting.

I knew there had to be a better way.

I stepped back from my seamingly successful career to find greater meaning and fulfillment. What I found was a wealth of knowledge about the mind, body and spirit that took me to new levels of well-being, freedom and success. And I’m here to share all I have learned with you! I now combine traditional mindfulness with evidence based psychology and psycho-somatic (mind & body) interventions for your benefit.

I live in rural Ancaster, Ontario with my husband, two children and two dogs.

On a personal note:

As a mom, wife and woman, I found this work profound and necessary to create a life I am proud of and supports the lifestyle I want to live. It was intense at times but worth every minute and investment I made to be fully aware and in control of my future. I hope to share the power of these techniques with you.

My intention is to create calm in the chaos and spark joy in the moment. We spend as much time as we can in nature, forest bathing, camping and gardening.  Our travel goal is to visit every province and territory in Canada!
