How I can help
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario with a Masters in Counselling psychology, I utilize an integrative client-centered approach tailored to your unique needs.
I blend evidence-based approaches such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), mindfulness, breathwork, somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, emotion-focused therapy, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). With this approach, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, deepen your self-understanding, and build practical tools to support meaningful change and well-being.
