Individual psychotherapy provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
We will likely meet weekly to start then move to bi-weekly sessions as needed. The number of sessions varies depending on your unique situation and may range from 5 to 12 or more.
I support individuals experiencing:
• Stress, anxiety, or depression
• Relationship challenges with colleagues, friends, family, parents, and spouses
• Health challenges including the need to self-advocate
• Work and school challenges and transitions
• Family planning and fertility concerns
• Perinatal stages (approximately 6 months pre pregnancy to 2 years post partum)
• Parenting stress
• Peri/menopause or midlife transitions
Using an integrative client-centered approach I will incorporate EMDR, Mindfulness, somatic therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and CBT based on your needs, goals and input into the process.
